With over 40 years of industry experience, 200+ branch offices, and over 5.5MM homeowners served, this role will allow you to work alongside some of the most experienced individuals in the multifamily space.

Your new role

Based out of Fairfield, New Jersey, the Vice President of Operations will direct the overall operations and strategy of an established residential portfolio consisting of condo, and townhome, multifamily, and single-family assets, across Central and Northern New Jersey. The Vice President of Operations will oversee existing operations and will lead expansion initiatives for continued growth in the region. The Vice President of Operations will oversee a team of Community Association Managers, their staff, and the Client Services team. The Vice President of Operations will play an active role in employee mentorship, ensuring that staff has a positive experience resulting in client retention and driving growth.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for the Vice President of Operations role in Fairfield, New Jersey, candidates will have the following:

• Strong background in community association management (5+ years)

• Ability to be an effective leader, provide direction, and motivate a team

• Condo or community association management experience is a plus

• Excellent communication skills (oral & written)

What you'll get in return
