Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Underground Utilities Project Manager to oversee and manage civil wet underground utilities projects. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in project management within this field, ensuring successful project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage civil wet underground utilities projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of underground utilities, including water, sewer, and stormwater systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Supervise and mentor project team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a project manager for civil wet underground utilities.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and underground utility construction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with underground utilities, including water, sewer, and stormwater systems.
- Familiarity with Houston’s infrastructure and regulations.
