Your new role

• Oversee the day-to-day management of construction sites across various locations.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are met during all phases of project execution.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Address challenges proactively, maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Travel extensively to provide hands-on leadership and support at multiple project sites.

What you'll need to succeed

• Specific project experience should include food processing, distribution, and warehouse facilities with aggressive schedules. Experience in site development of sites between 15 and 100 acres and working in tight urban core environments would also be relevant to this role.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to diverse environments and effectively lead teams in varying locations.
• Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards.
• Flexibility to travel frequently to different job sites.
