• Project Management: Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
• Site Supervision: Manage daily on-site operations, including coordination of subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to ensure a safe working environment.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on hospitality projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in construction management software.
• Travel: Willingness to travel extensively and stay at project sites for extended periods.
• Certifications: OSHA certification and other relevant construction certifications are a plus.
