Your new role

The Total Rewards Manager will develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on the Florida market. This role involves conducting market research on compensation trends and regulatory changes, particularly with the potential legalization of adult-use cannabis. You will analyze data, collaborate with leadership, and create effective incentive programs. This is a 6-month contract position, offering a unique opportunity to shape the Total Rewards framework.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in compensation and benefits / total rewards.
• Experience in cannabis, retail, manufacturing, agriculture or similar is a must.
• Experience with Short-term and Long-term Incentive program creation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to interpret complex data.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Florida market is essential, particularly regarding compensation trends and regulatory changes.
