This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step into a CRE Property Management role.

As the Tenant Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Property Management team in the overall operations, financials, and tenant relationships across the asset. Duties will include being the first point of contact for tenants, supporting the move-in process and continued onboarding, coordinating events, managing work orders, updating tenant and vendor databases, coding invoices, and ensuring best-in-class experience for tenants.
