Your new role

As the Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to manage schedules, resources, and quality control. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Local to the DMV area

• Ground up experience (Projects up to $10M) or extensive interiors experience

• OSHA 30 and First Aid / CPR
