Our client is a top-tier General Contractor headquartered in Richmond, VA and are leading the market in large-scale commercial construction projects throughout Southern VA. Their core business is large base build work across multiple markets including Education, Healthcare, Multifamily, Office, and Municipality. Average projects typically range between $75M - $100M.

Your new role

The Southern VA team is looking to add a Sr Superintendent to the team. You'll be assisting in managing large-scale commercial projects in varying markets. This position will lead all the on-site activities required throughout the construction process to successfully deliver large, complex projects on time and within budget, while mentoring the other Superintendents. The project you'll be assigned to will be within the healthcare sector based in Richmond, VA.

What you'll need to succeed

OSHA 30 & First Aid/CPR Certified
10+ years of industry experience in diverse project types, preferably hotel, higher education, healthcare, and entertainment
Strong complex MEP knowledge
Experience with construction management software, preferably Procore
Experience leading a job-site
Comfortable traveling throughout Southern VA
