Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing healthcare construction projects valued at $20 million or more. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment by enforcing safety standards and protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project goals.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Proven experience with healthcare projects valued at $20 million or more.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
