Join this dynamic team as a Senior HR Generalist, where you’ll support 400 employees in a fast-paced and evolving environment. My client is committed to transforming their HR processes and needs a dedicated professional to help them achieve their goals.
You'll play a key role in supporting the region with onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

Your new role

  • Manage the end-to-end process for new hires and departures, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Oversee performance review processes, providing guidance on best practices and compliance.
  • Manage daily HR operations efficiently, through the HR ticketing system
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, particularly in performance management and employee relations.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Successful candidates must have at least five years of relevant HR experience
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong presence among employees and managers.
  • Comfortable with detailed operational tasks and providing strategic counsel to leadership.
  • The ability to handle a high volume of employees and adapt to manual HR processes during our transformation phase.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and experience with Dayforce would be preferred.
