We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Senior Level Energy Engineer who can work independently and communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders. • Deliver high-quality energy analysis to clients with minimal oversight
• Delegate tasks effectively to junior team members
• Develop and articulate value propositions based on limited client information
• Communicate concisely and logically with clients and project stakeholders
• Collaborate with sub-contractors and other stakeholders to implement energy projects

• Proficiency in energy modeling software and spreadsheets
• Strong understanding of energy economics
• Excellent client communication and management skills
• Knowledge of energy audit and retro-commissioning processes
• Familiarity with NY/NJ utility incentive programs (ConEd, NYSERDA, NJ SmartStart)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of energy project finance and funding methods

• Compensation: $100-130K base
