Retail Construction Manager required for leading entertainment business in LA
I am working with a global entertainment business.
They are expanding their presence in North America and are looking to grow their high-end store portfolio across prime locations on both coasts and into Mexico.
They are looking to hire a Construction Manager to be based in LA County to help deliver their store expansion plans.
You will be responsible for coordinating all facets of the construction process, from preconstruction to handover, to ensure that projects are managed in a timely manner and within budget (typical turnaround time 16 weeks).
