Your new role

This is an exclusive opportunity for a Property Manager to support the overall operations of a 300+ unit luxury high-rise rental property in the NoMA area of Washington DC. The Property Manager will be supported by an Assistant Property Manager, Leasing, and a full Maintenance team. This fully amenitized property features a rooftop with views of the US Capitol building, gym, swimming pool, and indoor basketball court.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for the Property Manager role, candidates will possess the following:

• 7+ years of experience in multifamily property management (luxury rental preferred)
  Strong customer service

• Ability to drive occupancy

• Well-versed in leading and motivating a team

• Yardi experience a plus
