-Your new role-

As a Lead Project Manager, you will oversee high-end residential projects across the NYC area. You may work with a single project or on multiple projects, depending on the situation and depending on your experience and/or aspirations. This position will give you the autonomy to manage your projects effectively and to become a part of the team very quickly.

-What you'll need to succeed-

• Construction-related degree preferred
• Multiple years managing high-end residential construction projects in NYC
• NYC construction project management experience
• Proactive attitude with little ego!
• Desire to grow!
