A 50+ year old, multiple award winning, Rocky Mountain focused General Contractor with a Portfolio of Projects ranging from Ground Up, Multi-Family, Federal, Industrial, TI & Wider Commercial builds.

With their Head Office located just off the i-25 in the North side of the Denver Metro Area, this organization is one of the premier Colorado General Contractors.



Your New Role
As a Project Engineer – you will be working on a wide range of builds from Multi-Family, Mixed Use, Commercial, Hospitality etc across Denver and providing support to the Project Manager in a range of areas. This includes but is not limited to – aiding in the Planning & Design, Quality, Contractual Elements, and Stakeholder Management etc
It is a wide-ranging role that will require you to spin multiple plates – however, it will give you great end-to-end exposure of Cradle to Grave Projects that will greatly benefit you as you grow into a full Project Manager.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Prior experience in the Construction Field – ideally within the Projects listed above
  • An Engineering/Construction Degree would be extremely desirable / 2-3 years at a GC
  • Basic level understanding of Commercial Construction (RFIs etc)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • An ambition to grow into a full Project Manager


What you'll get in return
  • $75,000 - $85,000 Basic Salary (Depending on experience and portfolio)
  • + 5% Bonus Scheme at PE level - goes up as you get promoted
