• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review all types of submittals for compliance with contract documents
• Coordinate all submittals between trades & ensure submittals are processed to support the project schedule.
• Understand drawings/specs for all trades & disciplines
• Perform constructability & coordination reviews of contract documents and manage the RFI process for changes
• Prepare and disseminate all required documentation records such as status reports and punch lists
• Establish and complete project closeout procedure per contract requirements
• Understand and comply with company’s safety program and remedial safety procedures
• Oversee Quantity Take-off’s as project requires
• Inspect construction site daily and work with contractors to schedule deliveries.
• Verify that all completed work complies with applicable codes, drawings and specifications
• Proactively monitor, follow-up and initiate corrective actions with architects & engineers of record
• Run effective meetings, set agenda & establish action items. Take accurate notes & issue in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with the owner, authority having jurisdiction, and design team
  
  Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction on projects exceeding $50 million.
• Proficient with MSOffice Suite, Bluebeam Revu, Procore or equal software
• Experienced in plan reading, construction scheduling
