A highly successful commercial G.C. company with offices throughout the Southeast is hiring a Preconstruction Manager to join their team in Tampa. They're looking for 8–10 years of estimating experience with commercial G.C. companies, ideally with reconstruction management experience. Ground-up construction project experience for car dealerships and industrial projects is preferred. This is a full-time role with company benefits included.
