Our client is seeking a NetZero Cloud Administrator / SF BA in Atlanta, GA.

Role Description

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Net Zero Cloud / Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, particularly with the Net Zero Cloud platform, and will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our complex Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Salesforce Administration: Manage and maintain the Salesforce Net Zero Cloud environment, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• System Enhancements: Implement minor enhancements and updates to the system, ensuring minimal disruption to existing workflows.
• Complex Flows and Automation: Develop and manage complex flows, automation, and formulas within Salesforce to support business processes.
• User Support: Provide support to end-users, addressing issues and providing training as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business units to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Third-Party Coordination: Coordinate with third-party vendors, such as Slalom, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the Salesforce environment.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of new features and enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements and function correctly.

Skills & Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
o Strong preference for candidates with experience in Salesforce Net Zero Cloud.
o Proven experience with complex Salesforce configurations, including flows, automation, and formulas.

• Certifications:
o Salesforce Administrator Certification.
o Advanced Administrator Certification.
o Additional certifications such as App Builder, Security and Sharing, and Visibility are highly desirable.

• Skills:
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Familiarity with sustainability and emissions calculations is a plus.
