Your new role

• Design and execute in-store promotions to boost traffic and sales.
• Collaborate with visual merchandising to ensure displays reflect our brand.
• Build relationships with landlords for brand exposure opportunities.
• Plan and execute trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
• Develop key messaging and marketing strategies for product launches.
• Evaluate product launches and establish unique selling points.
• Create a competitive product assortment for North America.
• Develop CRM initiatives to drive user growth and loyalty.
• Design omni-channel campaigns for key festivals.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years in retail or product marketing, preferably in apparel or beauty.
• Knowledge of the North American consumer goods market.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proven track record in successful retail marketing.
• Analytical and project management skills.
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, start-up environment.
