Your New Role
As a Mechanical Estimator focusing on hydrogen renewable projects, you will be part of the estimating team preparing comprehensive estimates for industrial facilities, refineries, petrochemical plants, and more. You will liaise closely with owners, vendors, subcontractors, and project managers.
Key responsibilities include:
As a Mechanical Estimator focusing on hydrogen renewable projects, you will be part of the estimating team preparing comprehensive estimates for industrial facilities, refineries, petrochemical plants, and more. You will liaise closely with owners, vendors, subcontractors, and project managers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Initial client contact
- Reviewing purchase orders
- Preparing complete estimates
- Providing technical assistance as needed
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mechanical estimating for structural steel, civil/concrete, piping, and equipment
- Proficiency with RFPs, P&ID, blueprint reading, material take-offs, lump sum bidding, hard money, control budgets, technical writing, and construction estimating
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
