Your new role
As the General Manager, you will get the opportunity to oversee a brand new 200,000+ SQFT Class A Commercial office space in West Palm Beach, FL. Along with general operations, tenant relations, capital projects, as well as oversight of the maintenance staff.
What you'll need to succeed
- 8+ years in Commercial Property Management
- Experience with Class A office
- Experience with financials (Accounting/Budgets/Reports/CAM RECS)
- Knowledge of building operations
- Strong leadership skills
- Great communication skills & attention to detail
