Your new role
As the Financial Operations Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Managing all outside financial statements, capital calls, and interest calculations.
- Work to help prepare financial analysis and reporting for executives.
- Help support the overall portfolio valuation process.
- Assist audit and tax in the year end reporting.
- Support liquidity management functions
- Manage the expense process.
- Manage performance measurements including IRRs and investments.
- Review partnership agreements and other legal documents =.
- Assist with the overall investor onboarding process.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
- CPA preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in private equity/credit experience.
- Loan experience including working with credit funds preferred.
- Ability to analyze investment and fund legal documents.
- Proven knowledge of partnership accounting and GAAP.
