Hays is partnered with a well-known commercial Real Estate company which is rapidly growing and looking to add a facilities manager to their team.

Your new role

As the Facilities Manager, you will be in charge of overseeing a portfolio of commercial buildings nationwide. You will be in charge of the overall maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of the client's facilities. You will be coordinating with service providers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and ensuring work orders are being completed.

What you'll need to succeed

-5+ years of experience as a Facilities Manager or similar role
-Experience with Commercial Real Estate
-Knowledge with HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, ETC.
-Support facilities team (provide training/leadership skills)
-Ability to manage budgets & negotiate with vendors.
-Ability to see projects start to finish (Renovations/CapX)
