What you'll need to succeed

• Education: Bachelor's degree in security management, Information Security, Risk Management, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM) preferred.
• Certifications: Desired certifications include CISSP, CISM, and CISA.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on insider threat management.
• Skills: Proficiency with SIEM tools, user behavior analytics, and other relevant technologies; strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Other requirements: Team and stakeholder management, mentoring and motivating staff, and driving corporate initiatives.
