• Oversee all aspects of K-12 school renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and school administrators to ensure project goals are met.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain clear and open communication with all stakeholders.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on K-12 school renovations.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
