Are you a seasoned Construction Superintendent with a passion for transforming spaces?

I'm seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee the construction of hotel projects in the Miami area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
    Lead and manage onsite teams, ensuring effective collaboration between subcontractors, suppliers, and temporary labor.
  • Safety Compliance:
    Enforce all safety requirements, including OSHA regulations and other industry-specific safety protocols.
  • Quality Control:
    Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure all subcontractors meet contractual requirements.
  • Scheduling:
    Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and overall project deadlines.
  • Documentation:
    Ensure all internal and external documentation and record-keeping requirements are performed promptly.
  • Inspection Coordination:
    Manage inspection procedures and coordinate with the design team and inspection team members for successful completion of inspections.
  • Client Interaction:
    Communicate effectively with project owners, representatives, and design teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Budget Management:
    Oversee project budgets, controlling costs and expenditures to ensure financial efficiency.


Qualifications:
  • Education:
    Preferred 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 3-5 years of Superintendent hotel construction experience.
  • Skills:
    Strong leadership and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Certifications:
    Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with hotel-specific construction protocols.
  • Ability to develop trade scope of work documents for bid packages and major material purchases.
