You will be joining a leading general contractor area renowned for its commitment to excellence in commercial construction projects across the region. Seeking professionals with strong commercial ground-up construction projects, open to any market sector.

Your new role:

As a Construction Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of ground-up and renovation construction projects. You will manage a team of 2 and this role will provide you a pathway to a Project Executive position where you will managing PMs over 3-4 projects.

Projects will be in Richmond but could also cover a 30 mile radius of the city. Projects are new ground-up construction projects that could scale from $20M - $100M.

Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with the on-site field management team, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
