• Managing the construction and activities associated with the field operations of the project.
• Responsible for reviewing plans, construction scheduling and project planning during the preconstruction phase all the way through completion of the project.
• Consistently communicate with subcontractors and employees regarding scheduling, safety, quality, performance standards and construction methods.
• Collaboration with a fun and energetic team to deliver client satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working in both remodeling and new residential construction is highly preferred.
• Minimum two years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• The ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, efficient time management skills and logical decision-making ability.
