Job Title: Commercial Construction Superintendent
Location: Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex
Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000 plus benefits

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Construction Superintendent with a strong background in K-12 and municipal projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of all trades within commercial construction and a proven track record of impressive tenure in previous roles. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage multiple projects, ensure quality control, and maintain safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on K-12 and municipal projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of all trades within commercial construction.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and impressive tenure in previous roles.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • The ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is preferred.
