Our client is at the forefront of the Richmond commercial construction market. The projects this company complete range from healthcare, light industrial, education, office multifamily works up to the values of $150M. This company are in expansion mode and looking to hire a Senior Project Manager.

Your new role:

The successful candidate will be in the role of Senior Project Manager, having responsibility for the successful delivery of multi-million projects in the Northern Virginia area. You will have the responsibility of overseeing a team of 2 from the project management team as well as the field personnel. Working on a either a larger project or portfolio of smaller projects, your focus will be successfully and safely delivering the works, ensuring all obligations are met.

What you'll need to succeed:

It will be a given that you have a 10+ years' experience within the construction industry, working on a minimum of $50M - $150M new build construction projects, preferably within Virginia area. The successful candidate will have proven skills and experience leading large teams, managing the needs of key stakeholders and strong business acumen. A bachelors degree degree is essential in a Construction, Architecture, Engineering or Business discipline.
