Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator with approximately 10 years of experience in civil earthwork, siteworks, utilities, clearing, and excavation. This role offers a remote work arrangement, with a positive and collaborative office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead estimation for civil work related to new building private projects and solar farms
Utilize HeavyBid software for accurate and efficient estimations
Collaborate with a junior estimator intern and take-off department
Manage projects with a strong general civil focus
Handle projects averaging up to $20 million

Qualifications:
Approximately 10 years of experience in civil earthwork, siteworks, utilities, clearing, excavation, and some heavy highway paving
Proficiency in HeavyBid software
Strong leadership and collaboration skills
Ability to work remote and in-office as needed
Experience with projects up to $20 million

Benefits:
Competitive salary of $120,000 - $130,000
