Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced leader to oversee one of our primary divisions, ensuring its growth and operational success while maintaining high standards of quality. This role involves working closely with executive leadership to align the division's goals with organizational objectives.

Core Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Strategic Leadership & Planning
    • Develop and implement both short- and long-term plans that align with overall organizational goals.
    • Manage all aspects of the division, including financial planning, staffing, project execution, and quality assurance.
    • Achieve revenue and profitability targets while ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
    • Analyze market trends to uncover opportunities for growth and improvement.
  2. Team Management & Development
    • Supervise, mentor, and guide team leaders and key personnel to ensure optimal performance and career growth.
    • Promote a collaborative and accountable work environment that encourages continuous learning.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set objectives, and offer training to enhance team skills.
    • Address personnel issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Project Oversight & Client Relations
    • Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects that surpass client expectations.
    • Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
    • Engage with clients to review project updates, resolve concerns, and strengthen relationships.
    • Work closely with project managers to optimize resource allocation and utilization.
  4. Financial Oversight & Budgeting
    • Create and manage the division’s financial plan, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
    • Monitor financial performance and adjust strategies to address discrepancies between budgeted and actual figures.
    • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate billing and resolve discrepancies.
    • Identify cost-saving measures while maintaining service quality.
  5. Operations & Process Optimization
    • Improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes and adopting best practices.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental standards for all projects.
    • Regularly evaluate and refine internal procedures to ensure smooth operations.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate innovative technologies and practices.
  6. Marketing & Business Growth
    • Partner with marketing teams to promote divisional services to new clients.
    • Represent the division at networking events and industry conferences to expand the client base.
    • Build strong professional relationships to facilitate business development opportunities.
  7. Safety & Compliance
    • Enforce safety standards and compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Conduct regular safety training and meetings for team members.
    • Oversee necessary permits and inspections in accordance with local laws.
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5–7 years in management, including at least 2–3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven ability to achieve financial and operational goals.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with experience managing diverse teams.
  • Expertise in project management and construction-related disciplines.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and financial management.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Certifications in construction management or related areas.
  • Familiarity with building codes and permitting processes.
  • Experience with project estimation and contract negotiations.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in both office and field settings.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites and attend meetings as needed.
