Your new company

My client, an outstanding private equity firm, is seeking to recruit a CAO for their Midwest Platform Company, overseeing a portfolio of mechanical contractor companies with revenues $200m+ and growing.

Your new role

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the CFO, the CAO will oversee all aspects of accounting for the group, leading a team of Controllers and consolidating the company accounts. You will support the acquisition and integration of new companies and the implementation of a new ERP system across the group.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will be a CPA with extensive accounting leadership experience in a large, complex, multi-entity company. Experience in construction and private-equity environments is preferred but not required.
