A real estate development and investment firm that specializes in commercial office buildings. They develop, manage, lease, and acquire properties.

Your new role

• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Manage building systems such as HVAC/energy management, fire alarms, security access, and surveillance cameras.
• Engage with tenants, oversee vendors and contractors, and assist with project cost tracking and budget preparation.
• Respond promptly to work orders and after-hours emergencies; identify and report irregular equipment performance.
• Administer the preventive maintenance program and maintain records.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of technical experience in physical plant maintenance.
• State of Washington 07 Specialty Electrician License.
• Preferred: Boiler, CFC, and refrigerant licenses; trade school or vocational certificate.
• Proficiency in basic building trades, use of small hand and power tools, and knowledge of single- and three-phase power and HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, blueprint reading, and emergency response readiness.
• Good interpersonal skills and willingness to improve and learn new technical areas.
• Experience with energy management systems, Microsoft Office programs, and first aid/CPR and AED certifications.

What you'll get in return

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
