Hays is seeking a dedicated Assistant Superintendent to join our clients' exciting ground-up Garden Style projects in Raleigh, NC. Projects will be in the $65M - $95M range.

Your new job

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as an Assistant Superintendent with a GC.
• Multifamily construction expertise (3+ years).
• Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
