Your new role
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our properties, ensuring they are impeccably maintained and run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include assisting with managing maintenance staff, coordinating repairs and renovations, handling tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, you will be involved in budgeting and financial reporting, ensuring the profitability of our properties.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3 years of experience in property or facility management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
