DFW Developer is seeking an assistant project manager to support senior project management for 2025!

Job Title: Assistant Project Manager
Location: Frisco, TX (100% Onsite)
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year, with performance-based end-of-year bonuses

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Frisco, TX. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in tenant improvement construction, specifically in the medical and office sectors. This is a full-time, onsite position that offers a competitive base salary and performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor project progress, including schedules, budgets, and quality control.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to address any issues or concerns.
  • Assist in managing project budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Support the project manager in all aspects of project execution and delivery.

Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of experience in tenant improvement construction, with a focus on the medical and office sectors.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
