Our client is known for its pioneering technologies and products within its industry. They are a global leading international commercial vehicle solutions provider headquartered in Asia. With a distribution hub based in Miami that focuses on the Americas, they are looking for an Area Sales Manager to manage all distribution across the region.

Your new role
Responsibilities will be to drive sales performance to achieve business objectives in terms of volume, market share, mix and profitability, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and brand reputation. You will provide commercial leadership and develop excellent relationships with partners, as well as develop and implement sales, product, pricing strategies, and monitor sales department performance against targets.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of working experience in sales/commercial, within the commercial vehicle industry.
  • Strong vehicle sales background, including knowledge of sales, spare parts, service, retail development, marketing in the trucks/automotive industry
  • Understanding of Latin America trucks/automotive businesses
  • Experience in sales planning and execution and knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management.
  • A technical understanding of commercial vehicle products, their systems and applications.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish is a must.
