Your New Role:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their vendors are satisfied and their inquiries are resolved promptly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Foster positive relationships with vendors, ensuring their needs are met, and any issues are resolved swiftly, minimizing disruptions in services or supplies by addressing vendor concerns and ensuring smooth operations.

• Ensure vendors are paid on time according to established payment terms, maintaining our reputation for reliability.
  Handle various accounts payable tasks to support our finance team and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Proven experience in accounts payable, with a strong understanding of payment processes and vendor communication.

• It is desirable but not essential to be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with their diverse vendor base.
