The Preconstruction Manager / Senior Estimator is responsible for leading a team for the preparation of complete and accurate estimates for each phase of the project’s design.

Works with clients, architects/engineers, and subcontractors to plan cost factors for building projects.

Analyses construction documents, specifications, proposals to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.

All CSI Division Management.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar/ related field of study / related experience.

Experience estimating projects or relevant construction experience in a general contractor or construction company.

Between 10 and 25 years of experience working as a Project Manager / Estimator / Preconstruction Manager.

+10 years of experience in commercial construction. Ground up and renovations.

Take Off / Estimating Software experience. OST, Bluebeam, others.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Multitask, the capability to work under pressure and team management are a must.

Negotiation skills.
