Superintendent – High-end Office Interiors – Denver, CO

With a nationwide presence, you will be working for a Top-Rated General Contractor with a focus on the TI Space across Office, Tech, Hospitality & Retail Projects.


Your new role
With a focus on High-end Office Interiors across Colorado, you will have full responsibility and take ownership of multiple projects. Stakeholder management skills will be key here whilst having the ability to build, convey, drive, and actualize the client's vision of the project; ensuring all parties are always pulling towards the same objective.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Will have experience as a Construction Superintendent delivering Tenant Improvement and Commercial Office Interiors projects up to and beyond $5M-$10M in scope value.
  • Has completed and led multiple Tenant Improvement/Commercial interiors projects, overseeing all elements of their projects from Conception to Completion/Handover, including client liaison and interface.
  • Has the technical ability and comfort level to operate as the leader on large and complex Tenant Improvement/Commercial Interiors projects.
  • Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, and Excel Proficient – or similar
  • Familiar with forecasting 4-6 week look aheads
