Our client is seeking an SAP Analyst in Princeton, NJ.

Role Description

• Work with business to troubleshoot any problems with SAP and offer technical solutions and support incoming inquiries from the MFG sites and ExM
• Work with IT for help desk ticket solutioning with sound knowledge of a SAP super user for Site and ExM planning
• Act as advisor when system application / transaction needs to be analyzed.
• Support the Process Stewards in the Business Process design and implementation.
• Build a technical data base e.g. behind the data standards leading to be better understanding of the parameter selection and what they will drive.
• Support the Process Steward identifying technical solutions to enable the business process.
• Support with developing and executing test scripts and providing training as process lead.
• Support with the documentation related to the Supply Chain business process activities.
• Support the review and support in adjusting existing SOPs and Data standards and provide technical expertise.
• Author and review of Training Materials/Work Instructions/Job Aids related to SAP Supply Chain Transactions
• Provide SAP training and support to improve SAP maturity of site planner.

Skills & Requirements

• Education: Required Bachelor's degree in IT/Architecture or Science or supply chain with strong background in SAP application
• Strong knowledge of SAP S4/HANA PP/PPI/MM modules
• Knowledge of Modules WM, SD and QM would be a plus.
• Should understand the background jobs and tables where data are pulled from
• Good Knowledge of SAP Ariba
• Good Knowledge of ALM is a plus
• Good Knowledge of Rapid Response (Kinaxis) is a plus
• Business expertise in the business area of API/DS manufacturing planning and customer planning is an advantage
• Work experience in helping users in solving SAP related issues.
• End to End Supply Chain Planning and Execution Process Knowledge (Demand, Supply, Detailed Scheduling, Purchasing, Customer Planning,)
• Deep Understanding of SAP Sales Order, Purchasing, Logistics, Supply and Production Planning and Finance business areas impact on process and system
• Knowledgeable of planning and transactional systems
• Successfully led and driven process efficiencies and system changes to include documenting business processes, developing and executing test scripts, and providing training as process lead
• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
• Black or Yellow Belt process expert in Supply Chain Area
• Experienced in working with electronic document management system
• Experience in Excel, Visio
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Works well in teams and is able to work with a wide variety of people.
• Self-starter, placing a high value on accountability, customer service, teamwork and delivering results.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones (U.S EST – Europe)
• Ability to translate concepts and strategy into meaningful communications
