Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 (No truck, fuel card, or company vehicle provided)

About the Company: Our client is a growing leader in the multifamily construction industry. They are dedicated to delivering high-quality projects and expanding our multifamily division. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team for an upcoming multifamily project.

Job Description: They are about to commence a significant multifamily project in Houston, TX, consisting of a 218-unit, 5-over-2 stick frame structure. This project is set to begin in the next three months. We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in podium and stick frame construction to lead this project to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the 218-unit multifamily project from inception to completion.
Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager (APM) or General Contractor (GC) in podium and stick frame construction.
Proven track record of successfully managing multifamily construction projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
