The Power User feed provides positions and balances to clients as input into their portfolio management processes. There are ~200 clients that receive this data today via Tumbleweed that need to be re-established using the new data exchange platform (Axway).

Your team :
You'll be working in the Client Reporting Operations team in Nashville, TN. In addition to other responsibilities, we are responsible for the creation and delivery of monthly statements to clients.

Your expertise :
•bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
•strong written and oral communication skills
•ability to work independently and as part of a team
•experience with procedure documentation and / or process improvement preferred
•able to think creatively, flexibly and logically to solve problems
