• Project Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee construction activities.
• Team Supervision: Manage and supervise construction workers, including tradespeople, laborers, and subcontractors.
• Coordination: Work with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
• Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the end product meets all specified requirements.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain safe work practices and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies.
• Budget Management: Oversee the project budget and ensure cost-effective management of resources.
• Progress Reporting: Communicate project status and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction.
• Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, comprehensive understanding of the construction process, including blueprint reading, scheduling, and cost estimating.
