Your new role

As a Superintendent with this General Contractor, your projects will span across the following counties: Franklin (PA), Adams (PA), Washington (MD), Frederick (MD), Jefferson (WV), Berkeley (WV) & Morgan (WV).

You will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee daily operations and field staff.
• Develop and implement strategic plans.
• Monitor performance and provide training.
• Ensure service quality and address complaints.
• Collaborate with other departments.
• Manage the budget for field operations.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
• Maintain records and produce reports.
• Perform regular site visits.
• Coordinate logistics and resources.
• Address challenges and provide solutions.
• Communicate with team, clients, and subcontractors.
• Review project scopes and manage site supervisors.
• Monitor project schedules and milestones.
• Improve schedules creatively without increasing costs.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of construction supervisory experience.
• Experience in field and labor management.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and codes.
• Excellent organizational and budgeting skills.
• Effective team leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficient in project scheduling and milestone tracking.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
