Our client is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst in Celebration FL\ hybrid.

Skills & Requirements

• Looking for a strong senior BA with top notch skills, must be self-led and driven. Must have awesome requirements gathering experience and good user story experience, vendor experience. Must have great documentation skills, organization, and communication skills. Looking for someone with eCommerce or travel industry experience.
• 5+ years business analyst experience - Demonstrated experience in business analysis on large projects or varying project types
• Experience in travel or eCommerce space
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strategic thinker who also pays attention to detail
• Demonstrated strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills as well as facilitation experience
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and acceptance criteria for agile projects - Demonstrated knowledge of Agile Methodologies including the writing of user stories, acceptance criteria, elicitation, and documentation and managing requirements over the software development life cycle.
• Demonstrated experience working on complicated data integration projects
• Effective engagement and collaboration with a diverse set of clients, partners and stakeholders with the ability to articulate their business needs into capabilities
• Demonstrated understanding of value driven business results and metrics
• Demonstrated understanding of Jira Tool
