Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale commercial projects, particularly in the banking, K-12, or data center sectors. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of successfully leading construction teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
- Develop and maintain a master schedule to ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA 30 standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Extensive experience in banking, K-12, or data center projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a master schedule.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
