Compensation: $125,000-$140,000

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale commercial projects, particularly in the banking, K-12, or data center sectors. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of successfully leading construction teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Develop and maintain a master schedule to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA 30 standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Extensive experience in banking, K-12, or data center projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a master schedule.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
