MEP Superintendent job: MEP Superintendent needed in Raleigh, NC

We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on healthcare construction projects in the Raleigh area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing MEP systems on similar projects, possess strong leadership skills, and demonstrate thorough industry knowledge.
Your new role
- Oversee all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) components of healthcare construction projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Ensure that all MEP systems comply with applicable codes, regulations, and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
- Develop and implement project schedules for MEP systems.
- Manage MEP subcontractors and ensure quality control.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintained on-site.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 5 years of MEP supervisory experience in healthcare construction projects.
- Extensive knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
