• Manage financial aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Oversee AR/AP processes for assigned projects, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Prepare and analyze project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Utilize CMIC software for project accounting tasks (experience with CMIC is a plus).
• Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to ensure project profitability and cost control.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on the construction industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of AR/AP processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in CMIC software is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance.
